In this regard, Mingguan New Materials has optimized and upgraded the material formula and process design, which has improved the anti-skid property and cross-linking degree during the lamination process of components.

Actinia series grid film, for the deep cost reduction of HJT components

The key points of the packaging of HJT components are adhesion, water resistance, UV barrier, low modulus and no busbar welding. In this regard, Mingguan New Materials proposed a solution of Actinia series grid film plus POE film. The Actinia series grid film not only improves the characteristics of non-busbar cells and adhesive films that are not easy to bond, but also improves light transmission, adhesion and water resistance, and can reduce the amount of low-temperature silver paste for HJT cells by up to 45%, achieving The maximum cost reduction space for HJT batteries.

POE film + BO backplane solution makes IBC components more economical

The difficulty of packaging IBC components is that there is no metal grid line on the front, and the appearance requirements are higher; the wiring on the back is soldered, and the corrosion resistance requirements are high. In this regard, Mingguan New Materials proposed a POE film and BO backplane solution. This solution has many characteristics such as good anti-PID performance, strong corrosion resistance and aesthetic appearance.
